We are convinced that thorough evaluation of our projects is absolutely essential. Evaluations and impact measurements are the only way to be sure whether the target groups actually benefit from the projects. In SYPO microdevelopment, we measure both qualitative (wellbeing, client satisfaction) and quantitative (improved client income, savings, etc) outcomes.
